2-Day PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) Exam Prep

This exam prep course provides a solid foundation for anyone seeking to develop fluency in Agile concepts, terms, and practices as well as the necessary knowledge to be prepared for the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam. This course covers the values and principles articulated in the Agile Manifesto, as well as the values of key Agile frameworks and methods, including Scrum, XP, and Lean.

Our 2-day PMI-ACP exam prep course, with successful completion of an online mock exam, satisfies the 21 hours of formal education required to sit for the certification exam.

What students will learn:

2-Day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) Exam Prep

This two-day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) certification course will give participants an opportunity to work with an experienced practitioner to hear real stories and learn first-hand what it means to be a Scrum Master. All Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) training course are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs®) who will teach you how to utilize the Scrum framework in a manner that will enhance the effectiveness of your agile projects. There are no pre-requisites to be eligible to take the course or sit for the CSM® exam. Upon completion of the course, all students will be eligible to sit for the ScrumMaster® Certification exam with the Scrum Alliance. The CSM exam fee is included in the cost of the course. Attendees will also receive a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, an organization that provides valuable materials and resources exclusively to CSMs.

This course gives students what they need to effectively facilitate Scrum Team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to deal with complexity, deliver value to customers, and achieve business goals. The experience and knowledge gained in this course sets students up for success in the CSM® exam and in the field as they help their organizations navigate their Scrum implementations.

During this interactive, two-day Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) course, participants will focus on the Product Owner (PO), who serves as an advocate for the end-user throughout development. The Product Owner will learn valuable skills and techniques to ensure alignment across the Scrum Team and broader organization by understanding how to best craft a Product Vision, how to create, maintain, and prioritize a Product Backlog, and how to support the sizing (estimating) of user stories for development.
